摘 摘 要 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 我国城镇化的快速发展，使得城镇经济水平得到了很大提高，居民消费水 平和消费需求也发生了改变，环城游憩带在这种形势下渐渐产生了。同时，环 城游憩带又反过来成为了城镇化建设的一股重要推动力量。把握好两者之间的 积极促进关系并合理运用，对于推动城镇化建设和规划，以及环城游憩带的开 发建设都有着重要的作用。 环城游憩带的开发受到旅游资源、区位、客源市场、社会经济、交通网络 等方面因素的影响，在空间结构上还受到所依托的中心城市的地形地貌的限制， 不同的城市，开发模式和空间结构有着很大的差异。 南昌城市面积的迅速扩张和人口的不断增长，为环城游憩带的开发奠定了 客源基础。南昌周边旅游资源和产品种类全，数量多，分布广泛，为环城游憩 带的开发提供了资源优势。南昌市环城游憩带尚处于初步形成阶段，但整体发 展趋势不尽如人意。为此，本文以城镇化为背景，在环城游憩带理论、休闲游 憩规划理论、游憩地空间布局理论和增长极等理论指导下，探讨城镇化发展与 游憩带建设之间的良性互动关系，以期为南昌环城游憩带的发展提供有益的帮 助和指导。 本文通过对南昌市居民的人口特征、游憩行为特征、旅游消费差异和出行 偏好等进行的调查问卷和分析，确定南昌市环城游憩带的空间范围为：以八一 广场为核心周边 5 公里到 100 公里范围内的区域，并划分为近郊圈带，中郊圈 带和远郊圈带三个环带，并做出了环城游憩带的圈带布局图。 最后，针对目前南昌市环城游憩带发展过程中存在的问题,结合“把南昌打 造为核心增长极”的战略目标，提出了构建南昌市环城游憩带“三圈五区”的 空间结构模式。并对南昌市环城游憩带的旅游产品的完善，游憩通道的建设和 服务支持等一系列发展方向提出一些建议，及予以展望。 关键词：城镇化；环城游憩带；旅游开发；南昌市 I Abst Abstract Abstract The rapid development of Chinas urbanization has greatly improved the urban economy level, and has brought changes to household’s consumption level and consumption demand. It’s just under such condition that the recreational belt around metropolis (ReBAM) is formed gradually. Meanwhile, ReBAM, in turn, has become an important driving force for the construction of urbanization. Therefore, seizing and using rationally the active and stimulative relations between the two is playing a crucial role in promoting the construction and planning of urbanization, as well as the development and construction of ReBAM. The development of ReBAM is affected by various factors such as tourism resources, location, tourist markets, social economy, transportation networks, and so on. Its spatial structure is limited by topography of the supporting central city. There will be great differences in development patterns and spatial structures for different cities. The rapid expansion of the Nanchang urban area and the growing of the population have laid the tourists foundation for the development of ReBAM. The Nanchang surrounding tourism resources and products are of great variety, large quantity and widespread
