心理干预在胃大部分切除胃癌患者护理中作用 　　[摘要]目的 探?心理干预在胃大部分切除的胃癌患者护理中的作用。方法 选取2014年7月～2016年5月在我院行胃大部切除术的90例胃癌患者作为研究对象，依照患者住院号奇偶数将其分为两组，每组各45例。对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者在对照组基础上加以心理护理。比较两组患者的心理状态、术后并发症及生活质量。结果 观察组患者的SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者生活质量各指标评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者的平均住院时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在常规护理的基础上加以心理干预对胃大部分切除患者进行护理，效果显著，利于稳定患者不良心理，减少并发症，缩短住院时间，提高生活质量，值得应用。 　　[关键词]胃大部分切除术；胃癌；心理干预；焦虑；抑郁；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R477.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）09（a）-0158-03 　　The effect of psychological intervention in the nursing of gastric cancer patients with most gastric excision 　　YU Xiu-yun 　　Department of the First Surgery，Yingtan People′s Hospital，Jiangxi Province，Yingtan 335000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention in the nursing of gastric cancer patients with with most gastric excision.Methods A total of 90 gastric cancer patients who were performed most gastric excision were selected as the subjects from July 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital.The patients were divided into two groups according to the odevity of patients′ admission number，with 45 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing，while the patients in observation group were treated with psychological care on the basis of the control group.The psychological status，postoperative complication and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were lower than the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.The postoperative complication rate was lower in the observation group than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.The quality of life in the observation group was higher than the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.The average length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than the control group，and the difference wa
