成分输血在中晚期恶性肿瘤同期放化疗中增敏作用临床观察 　　【摘要】 目的：通?^输注去白细胞的红细胞血液配合同期放化疗治疗不同程度贫血的中晚期恶性肿瘤患者的临床病例观察，探讨输成分输血在肿瘤同期放化疗中增敏作用的可行性及其对有关阻止肿瘤复发，降低转移和延长生存期方面的临床意义，并观察可能出现的近远期毒副作用。方法：对20例中晚期恶性肿瘤患者采用同期放化疗方法于治疗前或治疗中出现贫血时配合输注去白细胞的红细胞血液进行临床分析观察。结果：该组所有患者治疗后复查其临床肿瘤完全缓解率达100%，观察5年未发现因输血所致的近远期不良反应。随访截止日期为2014年2月28日，中位随访50.5个月，随访率为95%。除1例喉癌患者放疗至DT 46 Gy时经CT等检查发现肿瘤完全消退而放弃手术继续接受根治放疗，8个月后局部肿瘤复发再拒绝治疗于1年后死亡，1例高龄直肠癌患者于3年后死于心肌梗死，其余患者定期每3个月至半年复查1次至今已生存5年，经CT、MRI、ECT等检查均无复发和转移。结论：成分输血配合同期放化疗方法有可能提高中晚期恶性肿瘤患者的疗效及生存期，未发现明显不良反应。 　　【关键词】 同期放化疗； 成分输血； 去白细胞的红细胞； 放射增敏 　　Clinical Observation on Sensitizing Effect of Component Transfusion in Concurrent Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy of Moderate and Advanced Malignant Tumors/HAN Bing，GE Liben，GUO Hongbin，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2018，15（03）：114-117 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the feasibility of the sensibilization of blood component transfusion in concurrent chemotherapy for tumor and its clinical significance in the aspects of preventing tumor recurrence，reducing cancer metastasis rate and prolonging survival time，and observe the possible intermediate and long-term toxic and side effect through clinical case observation on infusion of leukocyte-depleted erythrocyte together with concurrent chemotherapy for treating moderate and advanced malignant tumor patients with different degrees of anemia.Method：Concurrent chemotherapy was adopted for 20 patients with moderate and advanced malignant tumor，and leukocyte-depleted erythrocyte blood was infused in case of anemia before or during therapy to conduct clinical analysis and observation.Result：The clinical complete remission rate of tumor reached 100% for all the patients in the group in review after treatment， and no intermediate and long-term untoward effect due to blood transfusion was found after observation for 5 years.The deadline was February 28，2014，the median follow-up period was 50.5 months，with a follow-up rate of 95%.Except for 1 patient with laryngeal cancer，after radiotherapy to DT 46 Gy
