中文摘要 本文在人文地理学基本理论和思维方法的指导下，借鉴相关学科 的研究成果，初步构建我国城市土地集约利用潜力评价体系。论文共 由三个部分组成: 第一部分:从城市 土地集约利用潜力评价的背景研究入手，描述 国内外学者对土地利用研究的角度、方式 9 城市土地利用发展形势和 政策;阐述与城市土地集约利用密切相关的几项重大社会问题;然后 对案例城市-一一长春的土地集约利用潜力评价的需求背景进行分析。 第二部分:以长春市为例，从评价的主体内容入手，结合评价要 求，以我国土地利用相关的法律法规为依据，整理确立城市土地集约 利用潜力评价的实施步骤，结合己有工作基础，构架城市土地集约利 用程度的评价指标体系，进而从定性分析、定量挖潜的角度制定评价 方案。最后得到当前技术经济条件下，长春市可供挖潜土地的数量、 类型和空间分布。 第三部分:在对土地相关的理论与方法全面表述基础上，从经典 理论中提炼出城市土地利用潜力评价的理论基础。随之总结、确定城 市土地集约利用潜力的理论内涵，并分析我国的城市土地利用状况和 潜力产生来源，提出潜力评价过程中需要解决的若干关键性问题。在 对现有的实用性方法进行总结的基础上，借鉴其他学科的研究成果， 着重运用数学手段，对定量分析方法加以创新。本章最后作为应用研 究，结合我国的实际情况，提出将城市技相关要素予以分类，尝试建 立全国性的评价体系，争取实现规范评价方法、系统总结评价指标体 系、确定具有地域特色的评价标准，从而体现城市土地集约利用评价 方法的规范性，实用性，可行性，全面性，以期得到更具应用性的城 市土地潜力评价体系和方法。改变以往一个评价体系只能为→个城市 服务的孤立局面。 论文最后概述了的主要结论，包括研究前景、方法创新、应用目 标等，并提出了有待于进一步解决的主要问题。 关键词z 城市土地集约利用潜力评价长春市方法 1 Abstract Directed by the theory and 也inking methods ofhuman geography，and using the knowledge of some pertinent subjects for reference，thìs paper constructs the study systems of the evaluation of urban land intensive use and potential in our country.
