阳跚跚nu 刷刷刷川 AEE 唰唰唰00 咄咄唰ds 阳MMKU 刷刷刷。。 恻恻州州41· 州州Y 摘要 工业废弃地是指那些原本用于工业生产或者与工业生产相关，而目前已经废止不 用或者改为其他用途的场地。工业废弃地是由于近现代工业的飞速发展，生态环境发 生一系列变化而产生的。在阻碍干扰城市健康发展的同时，也蕴含了巨大的历史财富 和独特的文化氛围。如何实现场所功能的转换与景观更新，是国内外学者共同关注的 热点之…。 本论文以恢复生态学原理与生态设计、西方后现代主义思潮与中国传统园林文化 精髓、景观美学与环墙心理学以及可持续设计理念等先进理论为指导，对国内外四个 城市工业废弃地改造成功案例进行了分析，通过研究将其改造总结为四个层面 z 其一，生态的整合。对工业废弃地受损的土壤、水体，破碎的植被系统等，用生 态的手法予以恢复和重建，达到改善生态环境的目的: 其二，场所的回归。分析场地所隐含的地形地貌或历史人文特点，用设计的手段 对其自然、历史戒演化过程进行真实的表达，实现场地空间与场地个性的统一: 其丑，功能的转换。通过改造，将工业废弃地转化为城市公用绿地，在改变其用 地性质的同时，也实现了功能的转换，提高了其综合价值; 其四，实现与前途。以低消耗可持续为前提，分析挖掘景观资源可能创造的综合 价值。 基于以上结论，本论文以嘟嘟市钢渣山公园景观规划为例，结合场地现状，遵循 生态性、场所性、功能性、经济性的原则进行规划，在生态设计上重塑了山水骨架、 再造了植物景观:在人文设计上协调了文化冲突、突出了场所精神:在技术设计上屏 蔽了消极景观、建立起功能空间;在经济设计上降低了景观成本、挖掘了资源价值。 从而实现了改善生态、科普教育、转换功能以及经济可持续的改造目标。 关键词:工业废弃地;改造:景观生态学:场所  Research of Ur灿n Industrial Wasteland Landscape Renovation 一一-Take Case ofLandscape Planning of 翻eel Slag Park in Bandan City Abstract Industrial wasteland indicates the filed which originally used for or relatedω indus创al production but is discarded at present or changed its usage for oth町 pu叩ose.
