肺癌合并糖尿病化疗患者血糖控制护理干预效果评价 　　[摘要] 目的 对肺癌合并糖尿病化疗患者的血糖控制情况和护理干预效果进行研究。方法 选取2014年2月―2017年2月期间该院收治的16例肺癌合并糖尿病化疗患者，按照随机数字表法将16例患者进行均分两组，各8例。将使用常规护理干预的患者作为参照组，将使用针对性护理干预的患者作为实验组。对比两组肺癌合并糖尿病化疗患者的护理满意度和血糖改善情况。结果 实验组肺癌合并糖尿病化疗患者的护理满意度与参照组比较，明显较优，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；对比两组肺癌合并糖尿病患者的血糖改善情况，组间数据对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对肺癌合并糖尿病化疗患者行针对性护理干预，可有效的改善患者的血糖情况，使患者对护理服务予以满意。 　　[关键词] 肺癌；糖尿病；化疗；血糖控制；护理干预 　　[中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）09（b）-0119-02 　　Evaluation on Blood Glucose Control Nursing Intervention Effect of Patients with Lung Cancer and Diabetes Chemotherapy 　　SUN Feng-jun 　　Department of Oncology Medicine， Shuangyashan Mining Hospital， Shuangyashan， Heilongjiang Province， 155100 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the blood glucose control nursing intervention effect of patients with lung cancer and diabetes chemotherapy. Results The nursing satisfactory degree and blood glucose improvement situation in the experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group， and the differences were obvious（P0.05）， and the difference in the blood glucose improvement situation between the two groups was obvious（P0.05）.
