脑卒中肥胖患者发病后血脂、血糖、血尿酸、同型半胱氨酸水平及血流动力学变化 　　摘要：目的 探析脑卒中肥胖患者发病后血流动力学变化和血尿酸、血糖和血脂及同型半胱氨酸水平情况。方法 选取我院收治的脑卒中250例患者为研究资料，根据体质数将其分五组，即正常BMI组和中度肥胖组、轻度肥胖组和重度肥胖组及超重组，每组50例。对各组患者发病后的血液动力学和血尿酸、血糖和血脂及同行半胱氨酸水平指标情况进行检测。结果 除高密度脂蛋白外，正常BMI组的各项指标情况均比其余四组低（P0.05）。伴随脑卒中患者BMI的上升，高密度脂蛋白水平不断下降，而各项指标水平除高密度脂蛋白外均呈上升趋势（P0.05）。正常BMI组红细胞沉降率和全血低切黏度、血液粘度和血细胞比容及全血高切黏度最低（P0.05）。在五组患者间，血压黏稠度各项指标和红细胞沉降率与血细胞比容情况，伴随BMI上升呈递增趋势（P0.05）。结论 脑卒中肥胖者发病后，其同型半胱氨酸和血糖、血脂和血尿酸等指标均呈上升趋势，血流黏稠度提高，伴随BMI值的提高呈正相关关系。 　　关键词：血流动力学；血尿酸；血脂；同行半胱氨酸 　　中图分类号：R743.3 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）22-0186-02 　　Abstract：Objective The incidence of stroke patients with obesity after the change of hemodynamics and blood uric acid，blood glucose and blood lipid and homocysteine levels in stroke.Methods 250 cases in our hospital patients as the research data，according to the number of physical groups will be divided into five groups，namely，normal BMI group and moderate obesity group，mild obesity group and severe obesity group and overweight group，each group of 50 cases.The hemodynamics and blood uric acid，blood glucose and blood lipid and peptidyl cysteine levels were measured in each group.Results Except for high density lipoprotein，the indexes of normal BMI group were lower than those of the other four groups（P0.05）.With the rise of stroke patients with BMI，high density lipoprotein levels continue to decline，while the level of each index except high-density lipoprotein increased（P0.05）.Normal group BMI，erythrocyte sedimentation rate and low blood viscosity，blood viscosity and hematocrit and high blood viscosity is the lowest（P0.05）.Among the five groups，blood viscosity index and erythrocyte sedimentation rate and hematocrit，accompanied by a rise in BMI increased（P0.05）.Conclusion The indexes of homocysteine and blood glucose，blood lipid and serum uric acid were on the rise of obese subjects after stroke，and the blood viscosity increased with the increase of BMI. 　　Key words：Hemodynamics；Blood uric acid；Blood lipids；Peptidyl cysteine 　　?X卒
