探讨糖尿病眼病患者低血糖原因分析及护理观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨分析糖尿病眼病患者的病因，提供针对性的护理措施，对护理效果进行评价。 方法 2014年5月―2015年4月该院对120例糖尿病眼病患者进行了研究分析，对该疾病的发病原因进行研究，采取了针对性的护理干预措施，对患者接受护理前后的血糖水平情况进行分析比较。 结果 全部患者中有37%的患者是因为日常饮食不规律而发病，有25.9%的患者是因为擅自使用饥饿疗法导致发病，有29.6%的患者是因为胰岛素使用剂量不当而导致发病。采取有效护理措施之后，患者的空腹血糖水平恢复到了（4.55±0.31）mmol/L，血糖控制率88.9%。 结论 糖尿病眼病患者比较容易出现低血糖症状，患者擅自改变饮食规律，胰岛素使用剂量不当等因素对患者的发病有直接影响。为了对患者的疾病认知度进行强化，提升患者的遵医嘱性，眼科医生和护理人员应该从多方面入手，对患者进行教育，分析病因，加强预防。 　　[关键词] 糖尿病眼病；低血糖；原因；护理 　　[中图分类号] R473.77 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）04（a）-0146-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the causes of patients with diabetic eye disease and provide the targeted nursing measures to evaluate the nursing effect. Methods 120 cases of patients with diabetic eye disease in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2015 were selected and the disease causes were researched and the targeted nursing measures were adopted and the blood glucose levels before and after nursing were compared. Results 37 percent of patients had diseases due to the irregular daily dieting， and 25.9 percent of patients had diseases due to the unauthorized use of pinotherapy， and 29.6 percent of patients had diseases due to the improper use of insulin， after the effective nursing measures， the fasting blood glucose level of patients returned to（4.55±0.31）mmol/L， and the blood glucose control rate was 88.9%.
