探讨螺旋CT在颅脑外伤中应用价值 　　[摘要]目的 探讨螺旋CT在颅脑外伤中的应用价值。方法 从该院自2013年10月―2014年10月期间所收治的颅脑外伤患者当中随机选取60例为研究对象，先对这60例患者实施多层螺旋CT检查，记录检查结果，然后再对这60例患者行单螺旋CT检查，分析探讨螺旋CT在颅脑外伤中的应用价值。结果 单排螺旋CT的敏感性为79.2%，特异性为81.6%，准确率为80.7%；多排螺旋CT的敏感性为92.6%，特异性为95.4%，准确率为93.1%。单排螺旋CT敏感性、特异性、准确率均小于多层螺旋CT，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在颅脑外伤患者的临床诊断中使用螺旋CT，能够提高颅脑外伤诊断的准确率，对颅脑外伤患者的病情评估、临床诊治具有重要的指导意义。 　　[关键词]螺旋CT；颅脑外伤；应用价值 　　[中图分类号]R651.15 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1674-0742（2015）04（b）-0180-02 　　To Investigate the Application Value of Spiral CT in Craniocerebral Trauma 　　WU Tongshan 　　Department of radiology， 534 Hospital of The Chinese Peoples Liberation Army，Luoyang， Henan Province，471003 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of spiral CT in craniocerebral trauma. Methods 60 patients with craniocerebral trauma in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 as the research object，at the first， 60 patients were examed by multi slice spiral CT， recorded the inspection results， and then the 60 patients were underwented single slice spiral CT examination， analysis to investigate the value of spiral CT in craniocerebral trauma. Results The sensitivity of single row spiral CT was 79.2%， the specificity was 81.6%， the accuracy rate was 80.7%； the sensitivity of multi detector row spiral CT was 92.6%， the specificity was 95.4%， the accuracy rate was 93.1%. Single row spiral CT sensitivity， specificity， accuracy rate is less than the multi-slice spiral CT， the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The use of spiral CT in clinical diagnosis of patients with craniocerebral trauma， can improve the accuracy rate of diagnosis of craniocerebral trauma， has the important guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment evaluation. 　　[Key words]Spiral CT； Craniocerebral trauma； Application value 　　颅脑外伤是临床上常见的发生在头颅部的外伤，多以跌坠伤和撞伤引起的[1]。颅脑外伤可分为软组织（头皮）损伤、颅骨损伤（骨折）和颅内组织（脑血管及脑膜）损伤三类，但这三类损伤常合并发生。因为脑组织具有特殊的生理功能，因此，颅脑外伤会累及头颅各部分，引起更加严重的脑部疾病，造成死亡。螺旋CT中的球管和探测器不受电缆长度的限制，能够沿着人体长轴连续匀速旋转，从而快速、不间断地完
