Thus this paper tries from the aspect of city sculpture and city space form, based on the study of the theory of the city sculpture and city space form, combined with the North and South Street sculpture planning case using the logical thinking from individuality finding commonness, tries to explore the North-South Street city sculpture planning combining with city space forms universal theory, so as to promote the development of Xi an sculpture planning rationalization. This paper divides three parts to discuss the relation between city sculpture planning and city space form: The first part has discussed theory foundations of city sculpture, city space form and city sculpture planning. The second part combining Xian North-South Street sculptural practical case projects has from different level discussed the relation between city sculpture and city space form.
