掌侧入路锁定钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探?桡骨远端骨折应用掌侧入路锁定加压钢板治疗的临床有效性。方法：选择2011年1月-2016年8月本院收治的桡骨远端骨折患者60例作为研究对象，根据手术入路不同分为两组，每组30例，观察组采用掌侧入路锁定加压钢板治疗，对照组采用背侧入路钢板内固定术，记录两组手术时间、骨折愈合时间，观察比较患者治疗后掌倾角、尺偏角及远期并发症。并采用Gartland-Werley评分对两组患者治疗后腕关节功能优良率进行评价。结果：按Gartland和Werley功能评估标准：观察组优良率为90.0%，对照组为86.7%，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；两组手术时间、骨折愈合时间及术后掌倾角、尺偏角比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；所有患者均进行一年随访，观察组并发症发生率为3.3%，明显低于对照组的16.7%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：掌侧入路锁定加压钢板对于不稳定型桡骨远端骨折的治疗效果明显，能够减少远期并发症，促进骨折恢复，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 掌侧入路锁定加压钢板：内固定； 桡骨远端骨折； 疗效 　　Clinical Study of Volar Locking Plate Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Distal Radial Fractures/DENG Guo-quan，MO Yan-ping，LI Jiang.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（05）：119-122 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of volar plate fixation with volar approach in the treatment of distal radius fractures.Method：A total of 60 patients with distal radius fractures admitted in our hospital from January 2011 to August 2016 were randomly divided into two groups according to the approach of operation，each group included 30 patients.The observation group was locked by volar approach，the control group was treated with dorsal approach plate internal fixation.The operation time and fracture healing time of two groups were recorded.The postoperative angle，and long-term complications of two groups were observed and compared.Gartland-Werley score was used to evaluate the excellent rate of wrist joint function of two groups after treatment.Result：According to Gartland and Werley functional evaluation criteria，the excellent and good rate of the observation group was 90.0%，the control group was 86.7%，there was no significant difference（P0.05）.The operation time，healing time and postoperative ulnar deviation angle after fracture of two groups，there were no significant differences（P0.05）.All patients were followed up for one year，the incidence of complications of the observation group was 3.3%，which was significantly lower than 16.7% of the control group（P0.05）.Con
