脑血栓形成患者81例临床疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨脑血栓形成患者的临床疗效，为临床治疗提供依据。方法 整群选取该院2011年9月―2015年2月收治的脑血栓形成的患者162例，随机分为对照组和治疗组各81例，治疗组采用低分子右旋糖酐、阿司匹林肠溶片和刺五加注射液治疗，对照组采用刺五加注射液治疗，30 d后两组进行疗效比较，观察两组治疗效果。结果 治疗组显效35例（43.20%），有效43例（53.09%），无效3例（3.70%），总有效率96.30%。对照组显效29例（35.80%），有效40例（49.38%），无效12例（14.81%），总有效率85.19%。经χ2检验，P=0.0275，治疗组效果明显优于对照组，P0.05，差异有统计学意义。 结论 采用低分子右旋糖酐、刺五加注射液和阿司匹林肠溶片联合治疗脑血栓形成疗效显著，患者临床症状明显改善，治愈率较高，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 脑血栓形成；低分子右旋糖酐；刺五加注射液；阿司匹林肠溶片；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）11（b）-0065-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cerebral thrombosis so as to provide a basis for clinical treatment. Methods 162 cases with cerebral thrombosis admitted in our hospital from September 2011 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 81 cases in each. The treatment group were given treated by Dextran 40， Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets and Acanthopanax Injection. And the control group were treated by the Acanthopanax Injection. The efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared after 30 days of treatment. Results In the treatment group， the treatment effect was markedly effective in 35 cases（43.20%）， effective in 43 cases （53.09%）， ineffective in 3 cases（3.70%）， the total effective rate was 96.30%. In the control group， the treatment effect was markedly effective in 29 cases（35.80%）， effective in 40 cases（49.38%）， ineffective in 12 cases（14.81%）， the total effective rate was 85.19%. The result of chi-square test showed that the total effective of the treatment group was much better than that of the control group， with statistically significant difference， P=0.0275， P0.05. Conclusion Dextran 40， Acanthopanax Injection and Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets have significant effect on cerebral thrombosis， which can improve the clinical symptoms significantly with high cure rate and are worthy of clinical application. 　　[Key words] Cerebral thrombosis； Dextran 40； Acanthopanax Inject
