整体护理在小儿哮喘护理中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探析整体护理在小儿哮喘护理中的应用效果。方法 整群选取该院2013年1月―2015年2月收治的118例哮喘患儿，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并在患儿家属知情同意的情况下将其分为研究组和对照组，各组59例，对照组给予常规护理，研究组在常规护理的基础上给予系统化规范化的整体护理，对比两组患儿的护理效果、治疗依从率及护理满意度。结果 研究组患儿的治疗后总有效率为（55/59）93.22%，对照组患儿的治疗后总有效率为（46/59）77.97%，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组患儿家属的护理满意度和治疗依从率分别为94.92%、91.52%，对照组患儿家属的护理满意度和治疗依从率分别为83.05%、66.10%，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 小儿哮喘患儿给予整体护理效果显著，能够显著改善患者的临床症状，同时也提高了患儿家属的护理满意度，提高患儿的治疗依从率，值得在临床护理工作中推广及应用。 　　[关键词] 小儿哮喘；整体护理；应用效果 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）06（c）-0163-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing applied to children with asthma. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 118 children with asthma admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2015. Under the condition of the families of children with informed consent， the children were divided into the study group and the control group with 59 cases in each. The control group were given the conventional nursing， and the study group were given systematic and standardized holistic nursing based on the conventional nursing. And the nursing efficacy， treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment， the overall response rate was 93.22%（55/59） in the study group， and 77.97%（46/59） in the control group， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant， P0.05. The nursing satisfaction of the family of children and treatment compliance was 94.92%， 91.52%， respectively in the study group and 83.05%， 66.10%， respectively in the control group， the difference between the groups was statistically significant， P0.05. Conclusion For children with asthma， holistic nursing has obvious effect， which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms， increase the nursing satisfaction in the family of children and enhance the treatment compliance， so it is worthy of application and promotion in clinical nursing. 　　[Key words] Childre
