改良创伤急救模式在严重创伤救治过程中应用分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探?分析改良创伤急救模式在严重创伤救治过程中的应用效果。方法：选取2014年12月-2016年12月在本院接受治疗的严重创伤患者68例作为研究对象，按照救治方法的不同将其分为改良创伤组以及传统创伤组，每组34例。传统创伤组采用传统创伤急救模式治疗，改良创伤组采用改良创伤急救模式治疗。实验结束后，对比分析两组患者ISS评分、受伤至住院时间、急诊科停留时间、影像学检查时间、急诊室至手术室时间、ICU住院时间、总住院时间以及抢救成功率、死亡率以及并发症的发生率。结果：经过对比发现，改良创伤组患者的ISS评分为（26.35±4.82）分，受伤至住院时间为（1.28±0.52）h，急诊科停留时间为（14.51±5.49）min，影像学检查时间为（16.1±3.4）min，急诊室至手术室时间为（40.32±7.38）min，ICU住院时间为（5.71±2.99）d，总住院时间为（24.02±12.28）d，均短于传统创伤组（P0.05）；抢救成功率97.1%高于传统创伤组82.4%，死亡率2.9%低于传统创伤组17.6%，并发症发生率8.8%低于传统创伤组29.4%，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在对严重创伤救治过程中实行改良创伤急救模式有显著的治疗效果，抢救成功率较高，死亡率以及并发症均较少，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 改良创伤急救模式； 严重创伤； 应用效果 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of the modified trauma first aid model in the treatment of severe trauma.Method：68 patients with severe trauma treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were divided into modified trauma group and traditional trauma group according to the different treatment methods，34 cases in each group.The traditional trauma group was treated by traditional trauma first aid mode.The modified trauma group was treated by modified trauma first aid mode.After experiment，the ISS scores，from injury to hospital time， stay in emergency department time，imaging examination time， from emergency room to operating room time，ICU hospitalization time，total hospitalization time，rescue success rate，mortality and incidence of complications of two groups were compared and analysed.Result：In modified trauma group，the ISS score was （26.35±4.82）score，from injury to hospital time was （1.28±0.52）h，stay in emergency department time was was （14.51±5.49）min，imaging examination time was （16.1±3.4）min，from emergency room to operating room time was（40.32±7.38） min，ICU hospitalization time was （5.71±2.99） d，and the total hospital stay was （24.02±12.28） d，all were shorter than traditional trauma group（P0.05）.In modified trauma group，the rescue success rate was 97.1% higher than that of traditional trauma group 82.4%，the mortal
