改良胃空肠Roux―en―Y吻合术在胃肠手术中应用价值 　　[摘要] 目的 分析探讨胃肠手术中应用改良胃空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术的临床疗效。 方法 回顾性分析我院于2013年1月～2014年2月收治的68例胃肠手术患者的临床资料，随机分为对照组和观察组，各组34例对照组行传统标准胃空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术，观察组行改良胃空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术，比较两组临床疗效。 结果 观察组的手术时间、术中出血量及疼痛评分等指标均低于对照组，两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的并发症发生率（5.88%）低于对照组（35.29%），两组并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 胃肠治疗中采用改良胃空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术的应用效果较好，具有操作简单、并发症少、出血量少等优点，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词] 胃肠手术；改良；胃空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术；应用价值 　　[中图分类号] R656.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）14-129-03 　　The application value of improved gastric jejunum Roux-en-Y anastomosis in gastrointestinal surgeries 　　YE Xiangdong 　　Department of Surgery， Shenwan Hospital in Zhongshan City， Zhongshan 528462， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To probe into the clinical effects of improved gastric jejunum Roux-en-Y anastomosis in gastrointestinal surgeries. Methods The clinical materials of 68 patient experiencing the gastrointestinal surgeries in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2014 were analysed and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， with 34 patients in each group. In the control group， they were conducted the traditional standard jejunum Roux-en-Y anastomosis while in the observation group， they were conducted the improved gastric jejunum Roux-en-Y anastomosis. The clinical effects were compared. Results The operation time， the amount of bleeding in operations and the pain scores in the observation group were evidently lower than that in the control group and the differences of clinical effects of two groups were evident （P0.05）；in addition， the occurrence rate of complications in the observation group was 5.88%， which was lower than 35.29% in the control group and the differences had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of improved gastric jejunum Roux-en-Y anastomosis in gastrointestinal treatment is good since it has the advantage of simple operation， few complications， and little amount of bleeding.
