整体护理干预在过敏性紫癜患者中应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨整体护理干预在过敏性紫癜患者中的应用效果。 方法 选择周口职业技术学院2013年2月～2015年2月收治的过敏性紫癜患者80例为研究对象，根据护理方法不同，将其分为实验组和对照组，实验组40例，实施整体护理；对照组40例实施常规护理。观察比较两组患者症状缓解情况、住院天数、护理有效率、整体护理达标率、护理质量满意度。 结果 实验组的临床症状消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05）；实验组患者治疗总有效率（92.5%）、整体护理达标率（95.0%）及护理质量满意度（97.5%）均明显优于对照组（72.5%、77.5%、80.0%），差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 整体护理干预可以缩短临床症状消失时间，进而缩短住院时间，还可以提高护理质量和满意度，降低过敏性紫癜复发率，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词] 整体护理；过敏性紫癜；护理效果 　　[中图分类号] R473.72 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）04（a）-0178-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To probe the application effect of holistic nursing intervention in patients with allergic purpura. Methods Eighty patients with allergic purpura from February 2013 to February 2015 in Zhoukou Vocational and Technical College were chosen， according to different methods of care， they were divided into experimental group and control group， 40 cases of the experimental group were given example holistic nursing， and 40 cases of the control group were given general routine care. Relief of symptoms， hospital stay， effective rate of nursing， rate of reaching the standard of holistic nursing， satisfaction of nursing quality of patients in the two groups were compared. Results Clinical symptoms disappear time， hospital stays in the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P 0.05）； total effective rate （92.5%）， rate of reaching the standard of holistic nursing （95.0%）， satisfaction of nursing quality （97.5%） were significantly better than those of the control group （72.5%， 77.5%， 80.0%）， the differences were statistically significant （P 0.05）.
