整体护理模式在老年骨伤患者围术期护理中应用评价 　　[摘要]目的 探讨整体护理模式在老年骨伤患者围术期护理中的临床应用效果。方法 选取2016年3月～2017年3月我院收治的142例老年骨伤患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各71例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预，观察组患者则采取整体护理模式进行干预。观察比较两组患者的住院天数、术后并发症情况以及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者的住院天数和术后并发症的发生率均低于对照组；观察组患者的护理满意率高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在老年骨伤患者围术期应用整体护理模式进行干预，效果显著，能够有效缩短住院时间，降低术后并发症的发生率，提高患者对护理工作的满意度，值得在临床进行应用和推广。 　　[关键词]整体护理模式；老年骨伤患者；围术期；应用效果 　　[中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）11（c）-0162-03 　　Application evaluation of holistic nursing model in perioperative nursing care of elderly patients with bone fracture 　　LI Run-xiang JIANG Zhi-li 　　Department of Nursing，Hongdu TCM Hospital of Nanchang City，Jiangxi Province，Nanchang 330000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effect of holistic nursing in perioperative nursing of senile patients with bone injury.Methods From March 2016 to March 2017，142 elderly patients with bone fracture in our hospital were selected as the research object，and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，71 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention，while the observation group were treated with holistic nursing intervention.The hospital stay，postoperative complications and satisfaction of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of hospital stay and postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than that in the control group，and the satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，and the differences was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion In the perioperative period of senile patients with bone injury in the application of holistic nursing intervention，the effect is significant，can effectively shorten the hospitalization time，reduce the incidence of postoperative complications，improve patient satisfaction with nursing work，worthy of further promotion and application in clinical prac
