早期护理干预在妇科宫腔镜术后并发症预防中应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探?早期护理干预在妇科宫腔镜术后并发症预防中的应用。方法：选取于2015年1月-2016年1月在笔者所在医院就诊并实施宫腔镜手术患者，共计182例，随机分为对照组及试验组，各91例，对照组行常规护理；试验组行常规护理+早期护理干预。评价术后1周内，两组患者并发症的发生、住院时间、满意度。结果：术后1周内，腹痛、腹胀、发热、子宫出血、静脉血栓、感染并发症的发生几率，对照组高于试验组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组患者住院天数比较，对照组需要住院天数长于试验组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）；在患者整体满意度调查方面，试验组更容易获得患者认同，优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：采取早期护理干预宫腔镜手术患者，能有效减少并发症，缩短住院时间，提高患者满意度，值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】 宫腔镜； 并发症； 预防； 干预 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.17.043 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）17-0087-02 　　Application of Early Nursing Intervention in Prevention of Postoperative Complications of Gynecological Hysteroscopy/QIN Ju-ling.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（17）：87-88 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application of early nursing intervention in prevention of postoperative complications of gynecological hysteroscopy.Method：From January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital and the implementation of hysteroscopic surgery in patients with a total of 182 cases，were randomly assigned to the control group and the experimental group，91 cases in each group，the control group received routine nursing care，the experimental group received routine nursing and early nursing intervention.The incidence of complications，length of stay and satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated within one week after the operation.Result：Within one week after the surgery，abdominal pain，abdominal distension，fever，uterine bleeding，venous thrombosis，infection complication occurrence probability，in the control group were significantly higher than those in the experimental group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Two groups of patients with hospital stay compared，the control group requires hospitalization was longer than that of the experimental group，the difference was significant（P0.01）；in terms of overall patient satisfaction survey，the experimental group was more likely to obtain patient identity，better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（
