无创呼吸机在COPD急性发作治疗中应用与疗效分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨分析无创呼吸机在COPD急性发作治疗中的应用以及治疗效果。方法：纳入试验的病例为2013年5月-2016年5月本院接收的COPD急性发作患者90例，根据随机表数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组，每组各45例。对照组实施常规治疗，试验组在常规治疗的基础上应用无创呼吸机，观察两组患者治疗前后呼吸频率、心率和血气指标（PaCO2、pH以及PaO2），并进行对比分析。结果：与治疗前相比较，试验组和对照组患者呼吸频率、心率、血气指标均得到好转，两组治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后，试验组患者呼吸频率、心率和血气指标好转情况优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在COPD急性发作中应用无创呼吸机，可有效改善患者症状表现和血气指标，安全有效，使用价值和推广价值均比较高。 　　【关键词】 急性发作； 治疗； 无创呼吸机； COPD 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of acute episode of COPD and its therapeutic effect.Method：90 patients with acute exacerbations of COPD in our hospital were selected from May 2013 to May 2016，according to the random number table table method，they were divided into two groups， control group and experimental group， 45 cases in each group.Control group received routine treatment， the experimental group was given conventional treatment based on the application of noninvasive ventilation.Before and after treatment，the respiratory frequency， heart rate， mean arterial pressure and arterial blood gas （PaCO2，pH and PaO2） of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result：Compared with before treatment，the experimental group and the control group of patients with the respiratory frequency， heart rate， mean arterial pressure and blood gas indexes of two groups improved，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.After treatment，the respiratory frequency， heart rate， mean arterial pressure and blood gas index of experimental group improved more significantly than control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application of noninvasive ventilator in the acute attack of COPD can effectively improve the symptoms and blood gas indexes of the patients，it is safe and effective，the value of use and promotion are relatively high. 　　【Key words】 Acute attack； Treatment； Noninvasive ventilator； COPD 　　First-author’s address：Beijing Aerospace Science and Technology Grou
