日光照射对新生儿黄疸早期干预疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的 研究并分析治疗新生儿黄疸时使用日光照射进行早期干预的效果。方法 126例新生儿黄疸患儿， 根据随机分配方案将其分为对照组和观察组， 每组63例。对照组通过药物进行早期干预， 观察组则联合使用日光照射。比较两组的干预效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%， 高于对照组的76.19%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组治疗24、48、72 h的经皮测胆红素值均显著低于对照组， 差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组转新生儿科率为0， 低于对照组的6.35%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在新生儿黄疸的早期干预过程中， 日光照射能够使患儿获得更佳疗效， 并迅速控制患儿症状， 改善其预后， 值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】 新生儿黄疸；日光照射；早期干预；干预效果 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.09.055 　　Observation on curative effect of solar radiation for early intervention of neonatal jaundice YE Zhen-wen. Methods A total of 126 neonatal jaundice children were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 63 cases in each group. The control group received drug therapy for early intervention， and the observation group also received solar radiation. Intervention effect was compared in two groups. Results The observation group had higher total treatment effective rate as 95.24% than 76.19% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. The observation group had obviously lower percutaneous bilirubin measurement value after 24， 48 and 72 h of treatment than the control group， and their difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. The observation group had lower conversion of neonatology department rate as 0 than 6.35% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion In process of early intervention of neonatal jaundice， solar radiation make children get better curative effect， and it also can quickly control symptoms in children and improve their prognosis.
