杜马斯燃烧定氮法快速测定土壤中全氮方法研究 　　摘要 [目的]本文通过对比杜马斯燃烧定氮法和凯氏定氮法测定土壤中全氮的试验结果，对杜马斯燃烧定氮法测定土壤中全氮的分析方法进行评价。[方法]以土壤中全氮为研究对象，分别用杜马斯燃烧定氮法和凯氏定氮法进行分析测定，并对2种分析方法的试验结果进行比较分析。[结果]杜马斯燃烧定氮法测定土壤（国家标准物质）中总氮试验结果均在标准物质证书示值范围内，且普遍略高于凯氏定氮法测定值，但2种方法不存在显著性差异（P0.05）。[结论]杜马斯燃烧定氮法测定土壤中全氮的方法精密度和准确度完全能够满足实验室理化分析方法的要求，尤其快速、高效的特点特别适合土壤健康状况调查及等级普查时报告时间紧的批量大样品的测定。 　　关键词 杜马斯燃烧定氮法；凯氏定氮法；土壤；全氮 　　中图分类号 O657 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1007-5739（2018）01-0187-01 　　Rapid Determination of Total Nitrogen in Soil by Dumas Combustion Method 　　XU Chao 1，2 　　（1 Institute of Agricultural Standards and Testing Technology，Henan Academy of Agriculture Sciences，Zhengzhou Henan 450002； 　　2 Henan Cereal Quality and Safety Testing Key Laboratory） 　　Abstract [Object] This study was conducted to evaluate the appropriate method for determination of total nitrogen content in soil by comparing the Dumas combustion and Kjeldahl method. [Methods] The total nitrogen in soil was tested by both Dumas combustion and Kjeldahl method comparatively，then the results were comparatively analyzed and assessed. [Results] The results of total nitrogen test in the soil samples（national standard substances）by Dumas combustion method were within the range of the standard material certificate and generally higher than those of Kjeldahl method. There was no significant difference between the two methods（P0.05）. [Conclusion] The results showed that the precision and accuracy of Dumas combustion method could meet the requirements of laboratory physicochemical analysis method.
