氰尿酸诱导孕鼠形成肾结石动物模型研究 　　1.内蒙古科技大学包头医学院，内蒙古包头 014000；2.内蒙古包钢第三职工医院，内蒙古包头 014000 　　[摘要] 目的 研究氰尿酸在孕鼠妊娠期内能否形成肾脏结石，探讨氰尿酸对孕鼠生育的影响。 方法 将氰尿酸剂量按50、100、250、400、550、700 mg/（kg×d）灌胃孕鼠，对照组灌入蒸馏水，孕鼠生产后停止灌胃。观察孕鼠的产仔情况，HE染色观察孕鼠的肾脏组织的病理变化。结果 400、700 mg/（kg×d）组孕鼠产仔数量明显低于对照组（P 0.05）。250、400、550、700 mg/（kg×d）组分别有2、4、5、4只孕鼠在病理切片中可见肾小管、集合管有结石样物质。 结论 妊娠期孕鼠灌胃氰尿酸后，高剂量实验组孕鼠产仔数量受到明显抑制；在病理切片中发现结石样物质，并随着剂量的上升加快成石，成功得到了氰尿酸孕鼠肾结石的模型。 　　[关键词] 氰尿酸；肾结石；孕鼠模型 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）03（b）-0039-04 　　Study on the Pregnant Rat Model with Kidney Stones Induced by Cyanuric Acid 　　LIU Di1， WU Xi-qing2， SAYIN Bai-gang2， YANG Jian-xin2 　　1.Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology Baotou Medical College， Baotou， Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region， 014000 China； 2.Department of Urinary Surgery， the Third Staff Hospital of Baogang Group， Baotou， Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region， 014000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate whether cyanuric acid can cause the formation of kidney stones in pregnant rats and explore the effect of cyanuric acid on the fertility in pregnant rats. Methods The pregnant rats in cyanuric acid gavage group were given intragastric administration of cyanuric acid 50， 100， 250， 400， 550， 700 mg/（kg?d）， respectively， and those in the control group were given intragastric administration of distilled water. The lavage was stopped after production. The litter situation， pathological changes in the kidney tissue by HE staining in the rats were observed. Results The number of litter in the 400， 700 mg/（kg?d） pregnant rats group was obviously less than that in the control group， respectively （P0.05）. Pathological section showed that there were 2， 4， 5， 4 pregnant rats with material like stones in the renal tubule and collecting duct respectively in the 250， 400， 550， 700 mg/（kg?d） pregnant rats group.
