比较不同手术治疗小体积前列腺增生安全性分析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.12.35 　　摘 要 目的：对不同手术方法治疗小体积前列腺增生的安全性进行比较和分析，探讨治疗小体积前列腺增生的最佳手术方式。方法：收治小体积前列腺增生患者48例，对其临床资料进行总结，其中有21例行常规经尿道前列腺电切（TURP），为对照组；27例行常规经尿道前列腺电切加经尿道膀胱颈切开术（TUIBN），为观察组。对两组手术后疗效进行比较。结果：在手术后的随访资料中，两组的IPSS和Qmax进行比较，观察组比对照组有明显的改善，P0.05，差异有统计学意义。观察组的患者在手术后无症状复发和任何并发症情况；对照组中有5例患者排尿困难症状加重，3例患者排尿困难的症状有所缓解，1例患者2次发生急性尿潴留并发症，后经过膀胱颈切开术后，排尿困难症状有明显的改善。结论：与经尿道前列腺电切术相比，经尿道前列腺电切加经尿道膀胱颈切开术疗效更好，更具有安全性，应该在小体积前列腺增生的治疗中作为首选术式。 　　关键词 前列腺增生 经尿道前列腺电切 经尿道膀胱颈切开术 　　Safety analysis of different operation in the treatment of small bulk prostatic hyperplasia 　　Zhang Baohua 　　Liuzhou Liugang Hospital，Guangxi 545002 　　Abstract Objective：The safety of different operation methods in the treatment of small bulk prostatic hyperplasia was compared and analyzed.We explored the best operation treatment way of small bulk prostatic hyperplasia.Methods：48 patients with small bulk prostatic hyperplasia were selected.The clinical data were summarized.21 cases were treated with convention transurethral resection of the prostate（TURP），they were as the control group.27 cases were treated with conventional transurethral resection of the prostate combined with transurethral vesical neck incision（TUIBN），they were as the observation group.The curative effects after operation of two groups were compared.Results：In the follow-up data after operation，IPSS and Qmax of two groups were compared，the observation group was obviously better than the control group，P0.05，the difference was statistically significant.The patients of the observation group had no recurrence of symptoms and any complications after operation.In the control group，the dysuria symptoms of 5 patients were worse，the dysuria symptoms of 3 patients were abated，1 patient had 2 times of acute urinary retention complication，the dysuria symptoms improved significantly after bladder neck dissection.Conclusion：Compared with transurethral resection of the prostate，the curative effect of transurethral resecti
