案例式PBL教学法在妇产科临床教学中实践   【摘要】 目的:探讨五年制临床医学专业学生在妇产科临床教学中以问题为基础学习教学方法(PBL)的应用及其效果分析。方法:以郑州大学2009级五年制临床医学专业60名学生作为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,PBL组30名,LBL组30名。两组学生在临床妇产科教学期间,采用问卷调查以及考核的方法进行教学效果评估。结果:(1)调查问卷结果显示,PBL组学生问卷调查6个指标中的肯定回答率均明显高于LBL组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);但PBL组的案例分析、笔试考试及实践操作成绩均明显高于LBL组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:PBL教学法可取得较好的课堂效果和教学效果,值得进一步推广。   【关键词】 以问题为基础学习; 妇产科临床教学; 教学方法; 教学效果   【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the application and effect analysis of the problem-based learning method(PBL) in the clinical teaching of gynecology and obstetrics for five year clinical medical students.Method:60 students in the department of clinical medicine major in Zhengzhou University of 2009th were selected and randomly divided into the two groups.30 students in PBL group were given the problem-based learning method while 30 students in LBL group were given the lecture-based learning.Two groups during the period of obstetrics and gynecology clinical teaching,the teaching effects were evaluated by the methods of questionnaire survey and assessment.Result:(1)The survey results showed that the positive response rate of six indexes on the questionnaire of students in the PBL group were significantly higher than those in the LBL group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).But the case analysis, written examination and practical operation results in PBL group were significantly higher than those in the LBL group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:PBL teaching method can obtain better effect on class and teaching effects,which is worthy of further promotion.   【Key words】 Problem-based learning; Gynecology and obstetrics clinical teaching; Teaching method;Teaching effect   First-author’s address:The Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University,Zhengzhou 450052,China   doi:10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.02.022   “基于问题的学习(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)”特别注重学生思考问题和解决问题能力的培养,已成为国际上较为流行的教学方法,也是近年来教育工作者一直关注和研究的热点问题。但在目前国内的教学中,使用PBL教学模式进行教学的实践研究较少,它是由教师设计问题或
