关系资本对集群制造企业技术创新绩效丶人力资本和结构资本的影响 第11期(2011年11月)中国科技论坛-61一关系资本对集群制造企业技术创新绩效、人力资本和结构资本的影响姜文杰，张玉荣(浙江树人大学管理学院，浙江杭州310015) 摘要:关系资本不仅对集群制造企业技术创新绩效发挥着显著作用而且对构成集群制造企业智力资本的另外两个要素-一一人力资本结构资本也有积极的影响O集群制造企业的发展离不开对集群共享性资源的充分利用，依托本地网络展开集群学习和超本地网络展开超集群学习是目前集群制造企业普遍认同的成长路径。然而对纵向关系资本的过分依赖会抑制集群制造企业自身管理能力的提高;集群制造企业基于专业化分工展开的纵向战略合作还有待加强基于区域专业化产业协同创新的体系还没有建立。传统集群制造企业应该充分利用关系资本不断调整集群内学习机制、组织机制、专业型人力资本建设机制等内在协调发展机制加速自身由加工制造型向创新型转型的进程。关键词:关系资本;集群制造企业;技术创新绩效;人力资本;结构资本中图分类号:F74291.9; F129.9 文献标识码:AThe Influence of Relation Capital on Manufacturing Members of Industry Cluster’s Technological Innovation Performance, Human Capital and Organization Capital Jiang Wenjie, Zhang Yurong (School of Management, Zhe Jiang Shu Ren University, Hangzhou 310015, China) Abstract: Not only the influence of relation capital on manufacturing members of industηcluster ’ s technological innovation performance is significant, but also the influence of relation capital on human capital and organization capital is significant. At present, the development of manufacturing members of industry cluster can not be separated from full use of cluster shared resource. It is the key growth path for the manufacturing members of industry cluster relying clusters leaming through local network and beyond clusters leaming through differentiated network. The over dependence on vertical relation capital wiJ] inhibit manufacturing members of industry cluster raise their own managerial capability. The vertical strategic cooperation which based on specialization needs to be strengthened. The innovation system which based on regional specialization industry cooperation is stilI not established. It is necessary to improve innovation network making plenty use of relation capital for traditional manufacturing members of industry cluster.
