浅论活血行瘀法在临床中应用 　　[摘要] 血瘀是中医对疾病的病理、病机概念，血瘀是血液循环有关的病理过程，血液积蓄，血流滞缓等，血液循环障碍都可以导致血瘀证。血瘀根据“久病入络，久病多瘀”的认识，中医认为病在一定时期，发展到一定阶段必将影响气血的运行，导致气血失调，大凡气虚、气滞、气逆、阳虚、寒凝、热结、痰凝、涩阻、津亏液少等均可导致不同程度的血瘀发生。活血行瘀法是中医治疗疾病的常用方法，祖国医学对瘀血证的认识及活血行瘀法的应用十分广泛，认为血脉流通是行气活血治疗原则的基本原理；而现代血液流学证明，血液流在血管内流动通畅，履行其生理功能、血行失度，就是因为血液流变性或血液粘稠度异常而发生了全身或局部的气血运行障碍或紊乱而形成的疾病，“活血行瘀法”就是利用某些能够改变血液流变性能和血液粘稠度，排除血液循环障碍、增加血流量的药物，以解除全身或局部的血行失度，使生理功能恢复的一种措施。近年来活血行瘀疗法被广泛地运用到临床辩证施治之中，尤其对心内科疾病、妇科病、外科疾病之血瘀病证等具有确切疗效。 　　[关键词] 中医；活血行瘀；临床应用 　　[中图分类号] R249 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）04（c）-0195-04 　　[Abstract] Blood stasis is a pathological concept in TCM and it is a pathological course related to the blood circulation， and the blood circulation disorder can lead to the blood stasis pattern， and the diseases must affect the operation of gas blood when developing into a certain stage during a certain stage according to the prolonged illness entering into venation” theory in TCM， thus leading to the disorder of vital energy and blood， and most qi deficiency， qi stagnation， qi reversal， yang deficiency， cold coagulation， heat accumulation， phlegm coagulation， astringent resistance， fluid deficiency can lead to different degrees of blood stasis， and the blood-activating stasis-promotinging is a common method in treatment of disease in TCM， and the awareness and application of this method is wide， and the blood circulation is a basic principle， but the modern hemerheology proved that the general or local gas blood operation disorder is caused by the hemorheological properties or whole blood viscosity abnormalities， and the method is to use the hemorheological properties or whole blood viscosity to exclude the blood circulation disorders， increase the blood flow drugs thus solving the general or local blood operation disorder and making the physical function recover， in recent years， the method is widely used in the syndrome differentiation treatment， and especially the curative effect of the method for the blood stasis diseases in the d
