浅谈建筑施工现场对农民工安全管理存在问题及解决对策 　　【摘 要】我国正在进行大规模的基础设施建设，由于工程建设的投资额和农民工参与规模巨大的特点，使得建筑安全生产管理异常重要。虽然建筑安全管理水平整体有所提高，但在对农民工的安全管理上存在很多的不足。目前很多建筑行业的施工项目对农民工的管理只是教条式的管理、粗放型的管理，由于管理的缺陷，建筑行业伤亡事故率居高不下，建筑行业安全生产形势十分严峻，因而有必要探索出有效减少建筑行业农民工伤亡事故的安全管理方法。本文即立足于该行业在对农民的安全管理上的不足，从实际出发，认为建筑行业对农民工的安全管理首先应建立有效的安全管理机制，以人为本的安全管理理念，提高农民工的安全素质，从而，从根本上减少建筑行业的安全事故。?? 　　【关键词】安全管理；教条式管理；以人为本；安全教育；安全素质?お? 　　Discuss problems of migrant workers safety management and solutions on construction site?? 　　Zhang Jiang-ping, Li Yi?? 　　(Southwest China Nonferrous Survey anf Design (Institute) Co., Ltd.
