游乐设施检验分析 　　摘要：随着经济的发展及生活水平的提高，旅游度假和休闲放松逐渐进入了人们的日常生活，旅游业获得了快速的发展，甚至出现了专业的旅游型城市。伴随着旅游业的发展及旅游景点的开发，大量的旅游设施被生产出来并投入使用。游乐设施属于特种设备，国家明确规定了各类游乐设施的检验要求和运营方法。然而由于主客观等多方面的原因，导致了旅游设施在运营过程中出现了大量的安全事故，在社会上产生了极坏的影响，不利于旅游业健康快速的发展。本文采用文献查阅及分析的方法，通过阅读相关的文献资料，列举出了旅游设施在运营过程中出现的主要问题，并提出了相应的解决方案，希望能有效避免各类事故的发生，从而为旅游业的蓬勃发展做出微薄的贡献。 　　关键词：游乐设施；主要问题；解决方案 　　Abstract: with the development of economy and the improvement of living standards, tourism vacation to relax and gradually into the Peoples Daily life, tourism has developed rapidly, and even appeared professional tour of cities. With the development of tourist industry and the development of the tourist attractions, a large number of tourist facilities was produced and put into use. Amusement facilities belongs to the special equipment, the state clearly define the of all kinds ride inspection requirements and operation method. However, because of the subjective and objective aspects of causes, the tourism facilities in the process of operation there appear a large number of safety accident, in the society produces a bad influence, go against tourism healthy and rapid development. This paper adopts literature review and analysis method, through reading the literatures, this paper lists the tourist facilities in the operation of the main problems appeared in the process, and puts forward the corresponding solutions, hope can effectively avoid all kinds of accidents, and the vigorous development of tourism industry make modest contribution. 　　Keywords: amusement facilities; The main problem; solutions 　　中图分类号： TU74 文献标识码： A 文章编号： 　　一、旅游设施运营过程中的主要问题 　　旅游设施是指旅游目的地或旅游行业的人员向游客提供服务时依托的各项物质设施和设备。它包括交通运输设施、食宿接待设施，游览娱乐设施和旅游购物设施等。本文特指旅游景点的游览设备。笔者查阅了江西省近5年的游乐设施检验资料并进行了分析统计，罗列出了旅游设施在运营中出现的几大问题，如下表所示： 　　监督检验中发现的主要问题 　　项目 存在问题 　　资质资料 操作人员没有资质，没有应急预案，没有维修记录，没有规章制度、安全培训、救生员职责等 　　安全防护 进出IZl设置不合理，护栏与站台设计不合格，安全杠安全防护失灵，座椅无安全带，锁紧装置失效，吊挂轴无二次保险，防逆转棘爪轴严重磨损等 　　电气及控制 控制室内没有灭火器，绝缘电阻偏小，接地电阻偏大，无接地保护，接线端子锈蚀，电刷失效等 　　动力装置机械传动 齿轮偏啮合，钢丝绳磨损严重，轴承外圈当作行走轮，减速器缺少润
