溃疡性结肠炎药物治疗依从性影响因素调查研究 　　[摘要] 目的 对溃疡性结肠炎患者药物治疗依从性的影响因素进行分析。方法 对2009年7月~2013年5月期间来我院进行治疗的150例溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，将其分为两组，依从性佳组患者63例（42.00%），依从性差组患者87例（58.00%）。对两组患者的基本信息及疾病相关信息进行分析。 结果 依从性佳组与依从性差组比较，年龄≥60岁、女性、受教育程度为初中文化以下、对疾病知识不了解、重度病情、疾病为慢性持续型、存在药物不良反应、医患关系普通、医疗费用支付方式为自费的患者所占比例明显较低，病程较短，药物种类较少，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。其中患者年龄≥60岁、对疾病知识不了解、存在药物不良反应及医疗费用支付方式为自费为影响UC药物治疗依从性的独立危险因素（P＜0.05）。结论 临床应重视溃疡性结肠炎患者影响因素的干预，使药物治疗依从性提高。 　　[关键词] 溃疡性结肠炎；影响因素；依从性 　　[中图分类号] R574.62[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）15-0021-03 　　 　　Clinical studies of ulcerative colitis drug therapy compliance factors 　　ZHU Jinghui1 LIU Yulan2 　　1.Internal Medicine Department，Yuyao City Second Peoples Hospital in Zhejiang Province，Yuyao 315400，China；2.Department of Gastroenterology，People′s Hospital of Beijing University，Beijing100044，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the influencing factors of medication adherence in patients with ulcerative colitis.
