生长激素―胰岛素样生长因子轴血小板及网织红细胞参数在肝硬化患者中检测意义研究 　　【摘要】 目的：研究生长激素-胰岛素样生长因子轴、血小板及网织红细胞参数在肝硬化患者中的检测意义。方法：选取2015年2月-2016年6月期间本院就诊的49例肝硬化患者作为观察组，并以同时间段内49例体检健康者为对照组。检测及比较两组血清生长激素-胰岛素样生长因子轴指标、血小板及网织红细胞参数，并比较不同病因和临床分期肝硬化患者的血清生长激素-胰岛素样生长因子轴指标、血小板及网织红细胞参数。结果：观察组的血清胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3（IGFBP-3）、血小板计数（PLT）及血小板压积（PCT）均低于对照组（P0.05），其他血清生长激素-胰岛素样生长因子轴指标、血小板及网织红细胞参数均高于对照组（P0.05），不同病因和临床分期肝硬化患者检测结果也存在明显的差异（P0.05）。结论：生长激素-胰岛素样生长因子轴、血小板及网织红细胞参数在肝硬化患者中的检测意义较高，上述指标对于肝硬化的病因和临床分期均有积极的临床检测价值。 　　【关键词】 生长激素-胰岛素样生长因子轴； 血小板参数； 网织红细胞参数； 肝硬化 　　Study on Detection Significance of GH-IGF Axis，Platelet and Reticulocyte Parameters of Patients with Cirrhosis/HUANG Han-wen，ZHAO Ting-ting，LIN Yun-hui，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（10）：043-046 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study detection significance of growth hormone-insulin-like growth factor（GH-IGF）axis，platelet and reticulocyte parameters of patients with cirrhosis.Method：From February 2015 to June 2016，49 patients with cirrhosis diagnosed in our hospital were selected as the observation group，49 healthy people of physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Then the serum GH-IGF axis indexes，platelet and reticulocyte parameters of the two groups were detected and compared，and the serum GH-IGF axis indexes，platelet and reticulocyte parameters of patients with cirrhosis with different etiology and clinical stages were compared.Result：Serum IGF-1，IGFBP-3，PLT and PCT of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group（P0.05），other GH-IGF axis indexes，platelet and reticulocyte parameters of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group（P0.05），and detection results’ differences of patients with cirrhosis with different etiology and clinical stages were all obvious（P0.05）.Conclusion：Detection significance of GH-IGF axis，platelet and reticulocyte parameters of patients with cirrhosis are higher，and clinical detection value of those indexes for the etiology and c
