瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚用于无痛胃镜检查临床分析 　　【摘要】目的分析瑞芬太尼与丙泊酚联合应用于无痛胃镜检查的麻醉效果及应用安全性。方法：从2012年1月到2014年1月在我院进行无痛胃镜检测的患者中选取200例病例，随机分成观察组（100例）与对照组（100例），观察组采用瑞芬太尼与丙泊酚联合静脉注射的方式进行麻醉。对照组采用芬太尼与丙泊酚联合静脉注射进行麻醉，同时两组在手术过程中均需间断追加丙泊酚静脉注射。观察分析两组病患在术中因体动追加注射丙泊酚的用量、意识恢复时间、不良副作用发生情况以及定向力恢复时间等相关指标。结果：采取瑞芬太尼与丙泊酚联合麻醉的对照组其丙泊酚用量显著少于对照组（p0.05），同时观察组意识恢复时间、定向力恢复时间也均明显小于对照组（p0.05）。结论：瑞芬太尼与丙泊酚联合应用于无痛胃镜检查具有良好的麻醉效果，诱导迅速、苏醒快，并可有效减少丙泊酚用量，安全性高，值得推广。 　　【关键词】瑞芬太尼；芬太尼；丙泊酚；无痛胃镜检查；麻醉 　　Clinical analysis of remifentanil combined with propofol for painless gastroscopy 　　Yan Jun 　　Jiajiang Peoples Hospital of Sichuan;Leshan 614100 　　【Abstract】0bjective: the anesthetic effect andsafetyofremifentanil and propofol used in painless gastroscopy.Methods: 200 casesfrom 2012January to2014Januarywerepainless gastroscope detection in our hospital patients, randomly divided into observation group(100 cases)and control group(100 cases),the observation group withfentanyl and propofolcombined with intravenous injection of anesthesia.The control group usingfentanyl andpropofolintravenous anesthesia, andtwo groups in operation process are discontinuous propofol intravenous injection.
