独立学院培育学生综合职业能力三个课堂联动课程范式创新与实践 　　摘 要 探索建立（学）校、政（府）、企（业）合作长效机制，并落实为“三个课堂联动”运作平台构建方案。该方案的基本要求是把实践教学（“五实工程”）贯穿在人才培养的全过程，一是以“三个课堂联动”为着眼点对第一课堂在教学内容、方法和手段上进行改革；二是把学生社团活动第二课堂作为专业教学的延伸，除社会实践环节外，还积极提业竞赛活动；三是实习等多种进一步倡学生参加学科竞赛、考证、考级、专加强与政府、企业、科研机构、社会团体等各主体的协同互动，高度共享资源，形成深入的协同机制，通过顶岗模式让学生与岗位零距离接触，提高学生的综合职业能力。 　　关键词 职业能力 三个课堂联动 课程范士 　　中图分类号：G642 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdkz.2017.08.020 　　Innovation of curriculum paradigms and Practice of Combination of the 　　Three Classrooms for Cultivating Students Comprehensive 　　Vocational Ability in Economics Specialty of Independent College 　　LI Hongping 　　（Rongzhi College of Chongqing Technology and Business University， Chongqing 400033） 　　Abstract Explore the establishment of school， government， enterprises cooperation long-term mechanism， and implement the three classroom interaction operation platform construction program.
