炎琥宁联合利巴韦林治疗小儿病毒性肺炎疗效及对炎症因子影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探究炎琥??联合利巴韦林治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的疗效及对炎症因子的影响。 方法 选取我院2015年1月～ 2017年4月间收治的180例小儿病毒性肺炎患儿为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将其分为实验组与对照组，每组90例，对照组患者予以利巴韦林治疗，实验组在此基础上予以炎琥宁治疗，观察统计两组患者的临床疗效、主要症状消失时间、不良反应、治疗前后血清中炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）-α、白介素（IL）-6和IL-8水平变化。 结果 治疗前，两组患儿所有指标均无统计学差异（P0.05）；治疗后，实验组发热、咳嗽消失和肺部湿??音吸收时间均显著短于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 炎琥宁联合利巴韦林治疗小儿病毒性肺炎，可有效抑制炎症反应，改善感染症状，疗效显著，安全可靠。 　　[关键词] 炎琥宁；利巴韦林；小儿病毒性肺炎；炎症因子 　　[中图分类号] R725.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）16-40-04 　　Curative effect of potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate combined with ribavirin on the infantile viral pneumonia and its influence on inflammatory factors 　　ZOU Hanjin 　　The Peoples Hospital of the South China Sea Economic Development Zone， Guangdong， Foshan 528222， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the curative effect of Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan Drographolide Succinate combined with ribavirin on the infantile viral pneumonia and its influence on inflammatory factors.
