炎琥宁联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿秋季腹泻Meta分析 　　【摘要】目的：观察炎琥宁联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法：通过计算机检索中英文数据库，时间为数据库建立至2016年9月，收集有关炎琥宁联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床随机对照试验（RCT）。纳入研究的资料提取和质量评价由2名评价员独立进行，Meta分析采用RevMan 53软件进行。结果：纳入15篇研究共1905例患者，Meta分析结果显示：炎琥宁联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿秋季腹泻在总有效率、发热消退时间、腹泻停止时间、大便性状好转时间、住院时间、总疗程等方面均优于对照组，与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P005）。结论：炎琥宁联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿秋季腹泻具有一定临床疗效。 　　【关键词】炎琥宁；蒙脱石散；小儿秋季腹泻；Meta分析 　　【中图分类号】R7257【文献标志码】 A【文章编号】1007-8517（2017）07-0103-05 　　Meta-analysis of Yanhuning Injections with Montmorillonite Power in the Treatment of Children Autumn Diarrhea 　　CHEN Yao1ZHANG Jin2* 　　1.The emergency department of Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital，Guangzhou 510000，China；2.The medical technologic department of the first affiliated hospitalof Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine，Guangzhou 510000，China 　　Abstract：Objective To appraise the efficacy and the security of Yanhuning Injections with Montmorillonite Power in the Treatment of Children Autumn Diarrhea.Methods Computer searched Chinese-foreign database of randomized clinical trials on Yanhuning Injections with Montmorillonite Power in the Treatment of Children Autumn Diarrhea .
