男性不育因素临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨家具从业者男性不育相关因素，为男性家具从业者提供健康指导。方法：选取2013年1月-2015年12月于本院就诊的男性家具行业不育患者50例作为试验组，选取同期有正常生育史者的男性50例作为对照组，对精液质量进行临床分析，比较两组精子平均曲线运动速度（VCL）、平均直线运动速度（VSL）、平均路径运动速度（VAP）、精子运动直线性（LIN）、血清抑制素B（INHB）、精子顶体酶（AE）活性及睾酮（TEST）水平。结果：除TEST外，其余各项指标试验组均低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：家具从业不育患者精子质量较正常生育组有统计学差异，显示家居从业者不育患者的睾丸支柱细胞有一定损伤现象，该环境中工作的不育男性生殖状况堪忧，职业教育及其健康防护显得十分迫切。 　　【关键词】 男性不育； 内分泌激素； 抑制素B 　　Clinical Study of Male Infertility Factors/DENG Zhi-biao，LI Zi-hui，MAI Xian-chang.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（18）：072-075 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the related factors of male infertility in furniture practitioners and provide health guidance for the male furniture.Method：From January 2013 to December 2015，50 cases of male infertility with furniture industry in our hospital were selected as the experimental group，50 males with normal reproductive history were selected as the control group.Semen quality were carried on clinical analysis，the sperm mean curve movement speed （VCL），average linear motion velocity （VSL），average path velocity （VAP），sperm motion linearity （LIN），serum inhibin B （INHB），acrosomal enzyme （AE） activity and testosterone （TEST） level were analyzed.Result：Except TEST，the other indexes of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The sperm quality of the infertile patients with furniture industry is statistically different than that the normal control group，show that there is a certain degree of damage to the male infertility patients in the testicular pillar cells，the male sterile male reproductive condition is worrying，so vocational education and health protection is very urgent. 　　【Key words】 Male infertil； Endocrine hormone； Inhibin B 　　First-author’s address：Longjiang Hospital of Shunde District in Foshan City，Foshan 528318，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.18.021 　　男性不育已经成为社会关注的公共卫生问题，其中环境改变或生活方式的变化与男性不育关系密切，成为越来越多的学者共同探讨研究的热点课题。一般来说，男性不育的
