癌症康复期护理研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨癌症康复期的护理方法以及其作用，为癌症的康复护理找到更好的护理方法。方法 随机选取从2012年1月―2015年1月期间在该院治疗过的癌症患者100例，将其随机的分为两组，即观察组和对照组，对照组进行常规的护理，观察组在对照组的基础上采取相应的心理护理、饮食护理、疼痛护理、家庭护理、康复指导等方面的护理，对患者进行问卷调查，观察患者的康复情况，比较两组相关指标进行统计学分析。结果 两组患者经过以上各个方面的护理之后，对照组患者100～90分10人，90～80分5人，80～70分5人，70～0分30人。观察组患者100～90分18人，90～80分22人，80～70分8人，70～0分2人。病人的各项生理指标均有了不同程度的提高。结论 对癌症患者进行有效的护理对癌症患者的康复有很大的帮助。 　　[关键词] 癌症；康复期；护理研究 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）06（c）-0149-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the nursing method for cancer patients in the rehabilitation stage and its effect so as to find better nursing methods for cancer rehabilitation. Methods 100 cancer patients treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups， the observation group and the control group. The control group were treated by the usual care， and the observation group were treated by the corresponding psychological care， diet care， pain care， home care， rehabilitation guidance and other aspects of care based on the usual care. A questionnaire survey was performed in all the subjects. And the rehabilitation of the patients was observed， and the relative indexes of the two groups were analyzed statistically. Results After nursing， in the control group， there were 10 cases with 100-90 points， 5 cases with 90-80 points， 5 cases with 80-70 points， 30 cases with 70-0 points. In the observation group， 18 cases with 100-90 points， 22 cases with 90-80 points， 8 cases with 80-70 points， 2 cases with 70-0 points， which showed that the physiological indexes in the patients improved to varying degrees.
