Methods： The rabbits were divided into 6 groups to be treated after the modeling succeeded. The inhibition of acne mixture to the inflammation of experimental animals was verified by the observation of the changes of local appearance and the determination of IL-8 and TNF-α levels in serums. Results： Compared with normal control group， the IL-8 and TNF-α levels five groups were significantly higher in the other 5 groups than in the control group （P0.01） and the levels of inflammatory factors were significantly down-regulated in the groups with low， medium and high dose of acne mixture compared with the model group （P0.01）， and furthermore their down-regulation was more significant in the high dose group than in the low and medium groups. Conclusion： The efficacy of acne mixture for the treatment of acne presents dose-dependent relationship and its mechanism of action may be related to the inhibition of the levels of inflammatory factors in serum. 　　KEy WORDS acne mixture； IL-8； TNF-α 　　痤??（acne）是临床常见的慢性炎症性皮肤疾病，在中青年人群中发病率高，严重影响患者自信心。辽宁中医药大学附属医院针对青年人痤疮的发病特点，以清肺胃湿热、解毒散结为治疗原则，研制了痤疮合剂，临床应用效果较好。因目前对痤疮合剂作用机制的研究较少，本研究拟通过实验观察低、中、高剂量痤疮
