社区卫生服务中心医院感染管理现状及对策 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨社区卫生服务中心医院感染管理的现状和对策。 方法 以我社区卫生服务中心医院为调查对象，对医院感染管理现状进行调查，针对调查结果制定对策并实施，比较实施前后的感染管理效果。 结果 医院感染管理主要问题：监督管理力度弱、医务人员缺乏感染防护意识、医疗废物管理不规范、消毒隔离制度不健全；相关对策实施后监督管理、感染防护意识、医疗废物管理和消毒隔离管理合格率为100%、66.67%、100%、91.67%，感染管理效果明显好于实施前，差异具统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 社区卫生服务中心医院感染管理仍有待加强，针对性管理对策是控制医院感染的有效方法。 　　[关键词] 社区卫生服务中心；医院感染管理；现状和对策 　　[中图分类号] R197.323 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）15-192-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the current situation and countermeasures of infection management in community health service center hospital. Methods Community health service center hospital of our district were selected as the investigation object. The management of hospital infection was investigated. According to the results of investigation， countermeasures were fomulated and implemented. Infection control effect after implementation was used to compare with before implementation. Results The main problem in hospital infection management： Supervision and management was weak， lack of medical staff infection protection consciousness， medical waste management was not standardized， disinfection and isolation system was not perfect. After the countermeasures implemented， supervision and management， infection protection consciousness， medical waste management and disinfection and isolation management standard-reaching rate were 100%， 66.67%， 100% and 91.67%. The infection management effect was significantly better than before implementation， and the differences had statistical significance by comaparision （P0.05）. Conclusion The infection management in community health service center hospital still needs to strengthen.
