系统式家庭治疗在抑郁发作治疗中研究 　　摘要：目的：探讨系统式家庭治疗对抑郁症患者预后的影响。方法：将100例符合ICD-10诊断标准的抑郁症患者随机分为抗抑郁药物合并家庭治疗组（研究组，50例）及单用抗抑郁药物组（对照组，50例），进行为期1年的随访研究。采用家庭亲密度和适应性量表(FACESII-CV)、 家庭功能量表（FAD）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17)、16项抑郁症状快速调查表(QIDS-C16)、蒙哥马利抑郁评定量表(MADRS)和临床疗效总评定量表(CGI)评估患者家庭状况和抑郁症状及其疗效。结果：研究组家庭亲密度和适应性及家庭功能改善明显（p0.01)；研究组FACESII-CV中的实际亲密度、理想亲密度因子评分显著高于对照组[（66.7±12.2）分、（57.7±10.4）分、（68.4±10.6）分、（55.8±9.7）分，p均0.01]，研究组FAD中的沟通、角色、情感反应、情感介入、行为控制及总的功能因子评分显著低于对照组（p0.05)；两组HAMD-17、QIDS-C16、MADRS、CGI评分均较入组时有明显下降（p均0.01），研究组HAMD-17、QIDS-C16、MADRS、CGI评分显著低于对照组[（4.1±3.7）分、（3.1±2.6）分、（4.6±3.5）分、（0.9±1.0）分，p均0.01]；结论：对抑郁症患者进行系统式家庭治疗，可增加患者家庭亲密度和适应性，提高家庭功能，改善疾病预后。 　　关键词：抑郁症;家庭功能;亲密度和适应性;家庭治疗 　　 Systemic family therapy in the treatment of depression Leifeiyan , 　　 Hunan Hengyang Mental Health Center, Hengyang 421002,China 　　 Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effects of family intervention on the prognosis of depressivedisorder.Method:100 depressivedisorder were randomly divided into intervention group(receiving family intervention and regular antipsychotics,n=48)and control group(receiving regular antipsychotics only,n=47).Both groups were followed for one year using family adaptability and cohesion scale (FACESII-CV),family assessment device(FAD), 17-item Hamilton DepressionScale(HAMD-17)、16-item Quick Inventory of Depression Symptomatology(QIDS-C16)、Montgomery Depression Rating Scale(MADRS) and Clinical global impression Scale(CGI)to assess the family condition and severity of symptoms.
