糖代谢异常与冠心病患者动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性相关性分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨糖代谢异常与冠心病患者动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的相关性。方法：选取2013年 　　1月-2015年1月在本院心内科住院治疗的动脉硬化性冠心病患者226例，根据FPG及75g OGTT结果分为糖代谢正常（NGT）组111例、糖调节受损（IGR）组59例、2型糖尿病（T2DM）组56例，检测并比较各组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C，分析不同糖代谢状态与动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的相关性。结果：三组的不稳定型斑块发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示，年龄、高血压、TG、IGR、T2DM是不稳定型斑块形成的独立危险因素（P0.05）。结论：冠心病患者动脉粥样硬化稳定性与糖代谢异常程度有关，早期发现糖代谢异常并进行干预在冠心病患者心脑血管事件防治中具有十分重要的临床意义。 　　【关键词】 冠心病； 糖代谢； 动脉粥样硬化斑块； 稳定性 　　Correlated Analysis of Abnormal Glucose Metabolism and Stability of Atherosclerotic Plaque on Patients with Coronary Heart Disease/CHEN Yi-lin，WANG Dong-jiang.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（34）：013-016 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the correlated analysis of abnormal glucose metabolism and stability of atherosclerotic plaque on patients with coronary heart disease. Method：226 patients with atherosclerotic coronary artery disease were selected in Guangzhou cadres nursing homes from January 2013 to January 2015，they were divided into normal glucose metabolism （NGT） group of 111 cases， impaired glucose regulation （IGR） group of 59 cases， 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） group of 56 cases according to the test results of FPG and 75g OGTT. The levels of TC，TG，LDL-C ，HDL-C of three groups were detected and compared，the correlation of different glucose metabolism and stability of atherosclerotic plaque were analyzed.Result： There was statistically significant difference on the incidence of unstable plaque in the three groups（P0.05）.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age， hypertension，TG，IGR，T2DM were the independent risk factor of the incidence of unstable plaque on patients with atherosclerotic coronary artery disease（P0.05）.Conclusion：Stability of atherosclerotic plaque on patients with coronary heart disease is related with abnormal glucose metabolism， it is important to detect the abnormal glucose metabolism and intervene the early for preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. 　　【Key words】 Coronary
