米氮平与阿米替林治疗精神分裂症合并抑郁焦虑症状对比分析 　　【摘 要】 目的：探讨米氮平与阿米替林治疗精神分裂症合并抑郁焦虑症状的治疗效果。方法：收集我院2014年2月至2015年8月入院的80例精神分裂症合并抑郁焦虑症状患者，随机分为两组。对照组患者采取口服阿米替林治疗方法，实验组患者采取口服米氮平治疗方法，比较两组患者治疗疗效及焦虑及抑郁情况等。结果：实验组患者治疗后总有效率与对照组相比无明显差异，但实验组患者治疗后显效率明显性高于对照组患者，存在明显性差异，具有统计学意义（P0.05）；两组患者治疗后SAS及SDS评分分别与干预前进行组内比较，显著性下降，存在显著性差异，具有统计学意义（P0.01）；两组患者治疗后SAS及SDS评分进行组间比较，显著性下降，存在显著性差异，具有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论：米氮平较阿米替林治疗精神分裂症合并抑郁焦虑症状治疗效果显著，具有临床借鉴意义。 　　【关键词】 精神分裂症 米氮平 阿米替林 抑郁焦虑 治疗效果 　　A comparative analysis of Mi Danping and amitriptyline in the treatment of schizophrenia with depression and anxiety symptoms 　　Xuzhou mental hospital 221000 Chen Yanan 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the mirtazapine and amitriptyline in the treatment of schizophrenia with depression and anxiety symptoms curative effect. Methods： 80 schizophrenic patients with depression and anxiety in our hospital from August 2015 to February 2014 were randomly divided into two groups. Control group patients were treated with oral amitriptyline treatment， the patients in the experimental group took oral mirtazapine treatment method and compared between the two groups of patients and anxiety and depression of. Results： there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group， but there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group， which was statistically significant （P 0.05）； the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased， compared with those in the intervention group （P 0.01）； two groups of patients treated with SAS and SDS score were significantly decreased， and the difference was statistically significant （P 0.01）.
