类风湿性关节炎寒湿痹温经散寒通络汤联合针灸治疗临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析类风湿性关节炎寒湿痹温经散寒通络汤联合针灸治疗的临床效果。方法 收取我院120例类风湿性关节炎寒湿痹患者，收取时间在2015年2月～2016年3月，并将患者按照不同方式分为两组，对照组患者实施西药治疗，观察组患者实施温经散寒通络汤联合针灸治疗。结果 观察组患者治疗后住院时间（10.27±1.26）d、痊愈时间（8.21±1.24）d、临床症状消失时间（5.27±1.48）d优于对照组（P0.05），观察组类风湿性关节炎寒湿痹患者治疗后总有效率、晨僵持续时间（12.01±1.27）min、关节肿胀数（3.01±0.25）个优于对照组（P0.05）。结论 类风湿性关节炎寒湿痹患者采用温经散寒通络汤联合针灸治疗具有显著的临床效果。 　　[关键词]温经散寒通络汤；针灸；类风湿性关节炎寒湿痹；西药 　　[中图分类号] R259 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）09-201-04 　　Clinical analysis on warm meridians to disperse Cold and Dredge Collaterals decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with cold dampness syndromes 　　YU Dongdong 　　Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine， the Fifth Affiliated Hospital to Guangzhou Medical University， Guangzhou 510700， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of warm meridians to disperse cold and dredge collaterals decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with cold dampness syndromes.
