老年梗阻性前列腺增生行前列腺等离子电切术治疗效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨前列腺等离子电切术在老年梗阻前列腺增生患者中的应用效果。 方法 选取2014年1月～2015年12月间我院入组的老年梗阻性前列腺增生患者为研究对象，共计90例。均采用前列腺等离子电切术。对患者术中出血量、手术时间、尿管留置时间、术后住院时间等进行统计。比较术前及术后3个月的IPSS、QOL、最大尿流率Qmax、剩余尿量PVR等。 结果 发现年龄较小的患者在手术过程中出血量较少（t=-1.913，P=0.029），手术时间较短（P0.05）。术后年龄较小的患者尿管滞留时间与术后住院时间均显著少于年龄较大的患者（P0.01）。手术后患者治疗效果较好，在Qmax、PVR、IPSS评分、QOL评分等方面与手术前比较具有显著统计学意义（P0.01）。结论 采用前列腺等离子电切手术治疗老年梗阻前列腺增生，效果较好，术后康复情况较好，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 老年梗阻；前列腺增生；前列腺等离子电切术 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）11-251-03 　　Analysis on curative effect of transurethral plasma kinetic resection of prostate for patients with senile obstructive prostatic hyperplasia 　　WANG Qiang 　　Xingning Peoples Hospital，Xingning 514500，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore application effect of transurethral plasma kinetic resection of prostate in patients with senile obstructive prostatic hyperplasia. Methods A total of 90 patients with senile obstructive prostatic hyperplasia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as research objects.They were all given transurethral plasma kinetic resection of prostate.Intraoperative blood loss，operative time，time for installing catheter，postoperative hospitalization stay and other aspects of patients were stated.IPSS，QOL，maximum urinary flow rate Qmax，residual urine PVR and other aspects before operation and 3 months after operation were compared. Results Intraoperative blood loss of younger patients were less （t=-1.913，P=0.029） and their operative time was shorter （P0.05）.After operation，time for installing catheter and postoperative hospitalization stay of younger patients were both shorter than those of older patients （P0.01）.After operation，patients had a better curative effect.There was statistical significant in Qmax，PVR，IPSS score and QOL score after operation and after operation，P0.01.
