腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术中不同止血方式对卵巢女性激素水平影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术中不同止血方式对卵巢女性激素水平的影响。 方法 选取2013年1月～2015年1月在本院就诊的60例卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象，依据止血方式的不同分为缝合组和电凝组，各30例。缝合组采用镜下缝合止血，电凝组采用双极电凝止血。比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率及手术前后的促卵泡激素、17β-雌二醇及促黄体生成素水平。 结果 缝合组的手术时间显著长于电凝组，术中出血量显著多于电凝组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。缝合组术后5个月的促卵泡激素及促黄体生成素水平显著低于电凝组，17β-雌二醇水平显著高于电凝组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 缝合止血技术对患者卵巢女性激素水平的影响较小，但手术时间长、术中出血量多。 　　[关键词] 腹腔镜；卵巢囊肿剥除术；止血方式；女性激素水平 　　[中图分类号] R711.75 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）05（a）-0122-03 　　Influence of different hemostatic methods on female ovarian hormone levels during laparoscopic ovarian cyst surgery 　　Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics，People′s Hospital of Qidong City in Jiangsu Province，Qidong 226200，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of different hemostatic methods on female ovarian hormone levels during laparoscopic ovarian cyst surgery.
