腹腔镜卵巢打孔配合达英―35治疗多囊卵巢综合征后妊娠临床观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察分析腹腔镜卵巢打孔配合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征后的妊娠情况。 方法 选取2015年1～12月于我院就诊的多囊卵巢综合征患者130例，采用随机数字法将患者均分为联合组（n=65）与药物组（n=65），联合组患者给予腹腔镜卵巢打孔联合达英-35治疗，药物组患者仅给予达英-35治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 两组患者治疗前的血清性激素水平差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；两组患者治疗后的T、LH水平低于治疗前（P0.05），且联合组患者治疗后的T、LH水平低于药物组（P0.05）；联合组患者的妊娠率、足月分娩率显著高于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 腹腔镜卵巢打孔配合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效良好，可有效降低T、LH水平，治疗后患者的妊娠率及足月分娩率较高，是治疗多囊卵巢综合征后妊娠的有效方法之一。 　　[关键词] 多囊卵巢综合征后妊娠；腹腔镜卵巢打孔术；达英-35；分娩 　　[中图分类号] R711 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）15-0052-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the laparoscopic ovarian puncture combined with Diane-35 in the treatment of pregnancy after polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods A total of 130 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in our hospital from January to December 2015 were chosen and randomly divided into the combined group（n=65） and the drug group（n=65） according to the digital random method. The patients in the combined group were treated with laparoscopic ovarian perforation combined with Diane-35 treatment. The patients in the drug group were treated with Diane-35 only. And the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in serum sex hormone level between the two groups before treatment（P0.05）. The levels of T and LH in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment， and the levels of T and LH in the combined group were lower than those in drug group（P0.05）. The pregnancy rate and full-term delivery rate of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the drug group（P0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian perforation combined with Diane-35 has a good clinical effect in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome， which can effectively reduce the level of T and LH. The pregnancy rate and full-term delivery rate of patients after treatment are higher. The combined treatment is one of the effective treatment methods for pregnancy after polycystic ovary syndrome. 　　[K
