营养支持应用于胃肠护理效果探究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究营养支持在胃肠护理中的应用价值。方法 选取该院在2013年3月―2014年3月间收治的72例实施胃肠手术患者的临床资料，根据抽签的方式，将患者平分为两组，双号为对照组，单号为观察组，每组36例病例。对照组为常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施营养支持护理，比较两组患者的相关指标变化情况与护理满意度。结果 ①观察组的指标改善情况与住院时间、抗生素使用时间均优于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。②观察组中有29例患者护理满意，6例患者护理较满意，总满意度为97.2%。对照组中有21例患者护理满意，9例患者护理较满意，总满意度为83.3%。观察组护理满意度优于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 通过实施营养支持护理，有利于为患者提供更好的护理服务，改善术后指标的变化情况，缩短住院时间，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 营养支持；胃肠护理；胃肠术 　　[中图分类号] R459.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（c）-0139-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the value of nutritional support applied to gastrointestinal nursing. Methods The clinical data of 72 cases with gastrointestinal surgery admitted in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected. The patients were equally divided into two groups in accordance with the lottery. 36 patients with even numbers were set as the control group， and other 36 patients with odd numbers were set as the observation group. The control group received conventional nursing， the observation group received nutritional support. And the changes in relative indexes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results ① Compared with the control group， the observation group had better improvement in relative indexes， shorter length of stay and less time of using antibiotics with statistically significant difference（P0.05）. ② In the observation group， 29 cases were very satisfied with nursing， 6 cases were satisfied with nursing， the overall satisfaction rate was 97.2%. In the control group， 21 cases were very satisfied with nursing， 9 cases were satisfied with nursing， the overall nursing satisfaction rate was 83.3%. The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group with statistically significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion Nutritional support is conducive to providing better nursing service for patients， improving the postoperative value of relative indexes and shortening the time of hospitalization， so
