舒心胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察及对C反应蛋白和血脂水平影响 　　摘要：目的探讨舒心胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）的临床疗效及对C-反应蛋白（CRP）和血脂水平的影响。方法将60例UAP患者随机分为两组，每组各30例，均给予常规西药治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用舒心胶囊，比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后血清CRP和血脂各项指标变化。结果治疗组心绞痛有效率和心电图有效率分别为90.00%和83.33%，均显著高于对照组（P0.05）；治疗组治疗后血清CRP水平为（8.33±1.63）mg/L显著低于治疗前和对照组（P0.05）；治疗组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C水平分别为（4.37±0.82）mmol/L、（1.96±0.32）mmol/L、（2.45±0.28）mmol/L和（1.38±0.32）mmol/L，均较治疗前和对照组显著改善（P0.05）。结论舒心胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著，可抑制炎症反应，改善血脂水平，具有较好的应用和推广价值。 　　关键词：舒心胶囊；不稳定型心绞痛；C-反应蛋白；血脂 　　Effect of Shuxin Capsule in Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris and Influence on C-reactive Protein and Blood Lipid Level 　　QIU Juan-juan 　　(Department of Medicine,Taian Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Taian 271000,Shandong,China) 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Shuxin capsule in treatment of unstable angina pectoris and its influence on C- reactive protein and blood lipid level.
