舒芬太尼在全麻诱导期中应用及综合评价 　　【摘要】 目的 通过舒芬太尼在全身麻醉（全麻）诱导期中的应用， 观察其对患者的影响， 综合评价舒芬太尼的麻醉效果。方法 100例行气管插管全麻患者作为研究对象， 根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组， 各50例。对照组诱导过程给予丙泊酚、芬太尼和阿曲库铵， 研究组诱导过程给予丙泊酚、舒芬太尼和阿曲?祜А１冉狭阶榛颊呗樽硇Ч?；不同时间点流泪发生情况；不同时间平均动脉压、心率、收缩压、舒张压水平。结果 研究组麻醉总有效率为96.00%， 明显高于对照组的74.00%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；插管即刻、插管后2 min研究组平均动脉压、心率、收缩压、舒张压水平优于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组插管即刻、插管后2 min流泪发生率低于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 舒芬太尼在全麻诱导期中的应用效果确切， 可维持血液动力学稳定， 减少血压升高和心率增快等一过性心血管应激反应的发生， 安全有效， 值得推广。 　　【关键词】 舒芬太尼；全身麻醉诱导期；综合评价 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2018.10.054 　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of sufentanil on patients by its application in induction period of general anesthesia， so as to comprehensively evaluate the anesthesia of sufentanil. Methods A total of 100 general anesthesia patients with tracheal intubation as study subjects were divided by random number table method into research group and control group， with 50 cases in each group. The control group received propofol， fentanyl， and atracurium during induction process， and the research group received propofol， sufentanil， and atracurium during induction process. Comparison were made on anesthetic effect， occurrence of tears at different time， and mean arterial pressure， heart rate， systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure at different time between the two groups. Results The research group had obviously higher total effective rate of anesthesia as 96.00% than 74.00% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. At immediately intubation and 2 min after intubation， the research group had better mean arterial pressure， heart rate， systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. The research group had lower incidence of tears at immediately intubation and 2 min after intubation than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.
