舒芬太尼复合曲马多用于小儿术后静脉镇痛中最佳剂量研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究不同剂量的舒芬太尼复合曲马多对小儿术后静脉镇痛的临床效果。 方法 对需行手术治疗的150例患儿采用舒芬太尼复合曲马多进行术后镇痛，根据剂量的不同将其分为A、B、C三组，对比分析三组患儿的镇痛效果。 结果 患儿镇痛治疗后组间总并发症率：A组与B组比较χ2=29.6978，A组与C组比较χ2=54.6703，B组与C组比较χ2=5.3304；镇痛满意度：A组与B组比较χ2=15.7228，A组与C组比较χ2=3.9276，B组与C组比较χ2=4.1832，差异均具有统计学意义；三组患儿在心率、呼吸、平均动脉压、FLACC评分以及Ramsay评分方面比较差异具有统计学意义（F=3.79、3.57、69.69、47.76，P均0.05）。 结论 舒芬太尼0.5 μg/（kg?d）+曲马多5 mg/（kg?d）+昂丹司琼0.1 mg/kg 是目前小儿术后镇痛研究中最低有效剂量、最小不良反应的个性化方案。 　　[关键词] 舒芬太尼；曲马多；昂丹司琼 　　[中图分类号] R971.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）33-0085-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore clinical efficacy of different doses of Sufentanil combining Tramadol on postoperative intravenous analgesia of pediatrics. Methods Ninety patients requiring surgical therapies with sufentanil combinning tramadol was applied to conduct postoperative analgesia， were divided into three groups， namely Group A， Group B and Group C， according to different doses， and analgesic efficacies of patients in three groups were compared and analyzed. Results Total complication rate built after analgesia treatment： The comparison in such value between of patients in Group A and that of Group B χ2=29.6978， the comparison in such value of patients in Group A and that of Group C hit χ2=54.6703， and the comparison in such value of patients in Group B and that of Group C hit χ2=5.3304； Analgesia satisfaction： The comparison in such value of patients in Group A and that of Group B hit χ2=15.7228， the comparison in that value of patients in Group A and that of Group C hit χ2=3.9276， and the comparison in such value of patients in Group B and that of Group C hit χ2=4.1832， the comparison in the heart rate， mean arterial pressure， CHIPPS score， and Ramsay score of patients in three groups hit F=3.79， 3.57， 69.69 and 3.57 and P0.05 respectively， and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Sufentanil at 0.5 μg/kg?d+ Tramadol at 5 mg/kg. D+Ondansetron at 0.1 mg/kg serves as personalized solution with minimum effective dose
