The new communication environment, the concept of the rule, order are changing. As traditional media reported the Metropolis has suffered the impact of new media, is facing a crisis of survival and transformation test understandable. Under harsh living environment, I think Metropolis should continue to adhere to the content is king rules of survival. As a content producer Metropolis - Metropolis Daily reporter, how current their situation? Beijing Metropolis Daily reporter groups are surveyed in this survey. Article consists of three parts,the questionnaire to collect information and in-depth interview by law, objectively reflect the current status of the Beijing Metropolis Daily reporter groups, survival situation, the psychological situation, summed up the development of the current difficulties faced by the population; using the depth interviews and literature search method to explore the development of the group is facing difficulties reasons; the last part of the author based on questions and think about the plight of the proposed development, in order to attract the attention of concerned parties on the issue. The findings show that Beijing Metropolis Daily reporter individual work before there is a serious mismatch, resulting in the generation of burnout, burnout counterproductive at work creating a vicious circle.
